5 Strategies to Help You LOVE Food Again

Recovering from an eating disorder makes it hard to enjoy food. You spend so much time analyzing everything you eat so that food loses it’s pleasure. There are ways to begin to enjoy food again. You can try new recipes or get a meal service that does the shopping for you – it makes cooking more exciting when trying something new. If you crave something, eat it, there are no bad foods, if you want something try it, don’t think too much about it. Enhancing your food with flavorful ingredients makes it more pleasurable to eat. Eat off nice plates and make your environment comfortable to eat in will help you relax and enjoy.
