Cooking experiences is a part of Mary’s Life Skills ,to help their clients develop practical,real life kitchen knowledge and skills with meal planning and preparation is their balancing nourishment pleasure in Castlewood ,each week one client comes into their kitchen to work as one of their experienced chefs to assist with dinner preparation,the session will last for one hour and can include anything from assembling salads,preparing desserts ,helping cook,chopping,and preparing ingredients or anything involved in organizing and preparing a balanced meal .this accomplishment of our client gives them experience with food preparation and also a sense of transition into their recovery and life beyond residential treatment.
