Eating disorders and anxiety go hand in hand, and Dina talks about how when you are confident with food, anxiety goes away and you trust yourself to nourish yourself.

Dina Cohen, MS, RDN, CEDRD-S is a nutrition therapist who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, chronic dieting, women’s health, and pediatric nutrition. She is the founder of EatWellSoon, a nutrition counseling practice in Lakewood, NJ dedicated to helping families develop lifelong healthy habits and a positive relationship with food. She is passionate about eating disorder prevention and developing educational resources for schools, medical professionals, and mental health providers.
