Lynn Rossy, Ph.D., is a health psychologist and President of the Center for Mindful Eating, an international non-profit organization that trains professionals and the general public about the skills of mindful eating. Dr. Rossy teaches a ten-week mindful eating program called Eat for Life that she teaches to people around the world over Zoom. She is the author of The Mindfulness-Based Eating Solution, named one of the top ten mindfulness books by Mindful.org in 2016, which describes the concepts in her ten week program.
