Today, Kathy welcomes Cathy Troupp, PhD, and their conversation focuses on adolescent-focused therapy (AFT) for the treatment of anorexia nervosa.

Cathy Troupp, PhD, is a child and adolescent psychotherapist and family therapist with 20 years’ experience in eating disorders in the English National Health Service. Recently completed my PhD on the way parents and young people give meaning to, and understand, the eating disorder.
