Episode 235: Dr. Lauren Mulheim: Family Based Treatment Phase 2

Today, Kathy welcomes Dr. Lauren Mulheim, PSYD, FAED, CEDS, and they have a conversation about Family Based Treatment (FBT) phase 2, challenges during the pandemic.

Lauren Muhlheim, Psy.D., FAED, CEDS is a psychologist, fellow of the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED), and certified eating disorder specialist (CEDS) and approved supervisor for the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). She directs Eating Disorder Therapy LA in Los Angeles and is able to provide teletherapy in California, New York, Indiana, and Florida. She is the author of When Your Teen Has an Eating Disorder, published in 2018. She provides FBT and CBT, is passionate about Health at Every Size ® and most recently has been working with ARFID patients. Dr. Muhlheim holds leadership roles in several professional organizations including the AED, IAEDP LA Chapter, and the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. She is a core course instructor for the IAEDP certification program.
