Laura Cipullo, RD, CDE, CEDRD is the founder of Laura Cipullo Whole Nutrition Services in NYC and past President of iaedp NY. She is the author of four books including her most recently published cookbook, Everyday Diabetes MealsCooking for 1 or 2. In 2017, Laura opened Bergen Country’s L’ifestyle Lounge (a Yoga, Mindfulness and Nutrition Self- Care Center) in Closter, NJ where she and her team teach clients how to eat ALL foods, accept ALL bodies and live mindfully. Her clients love her compassionate, mindful, ‘wholistic’ approach to positive nutrition. Additionally, Laura regularly contributes to her L’ifestyle blog and is featured on SELF, Women’s Health Magazine, Bravo TV, among others.
