Today, Kathy is joined by registered dietitian Alexandra Raymond and their topic is helping clients change their relationship with food. They explain how some people struggle with their relationship with food and provide examples of how to make changes in this relationship to ease the burden food puts on some people.

Alex is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about empowering her clients to rebuild a positive relationship with food. She specializes in restrictive type eating disorders, such as anorexia, orthorexia, disordered eating in athletes, as well as bulimia and binge eating disorder. Alex is truly passionate about working with her clients to support them along their recovery journey. She has the expertise and the drive to find strategies for her clients to make positive changes. Alex’s compassion and understanding allows her to support her clients step-by-step in achieving their eating disorder recovery goals.
