Today, Kathy is joined by Lee Wolfe Blum and they discuss Lee’s experience with recovery. Lee shares her story of recovery with us which may provide help, support, and hope to all of our listeners.

Lee Wolfe Blum is the author of Brave is the New Beautiful: Finding the Courage to be the Real You and Table in the Darkness: A Healing Journey Through an Eating Disorder. Lee is an energetic and passionate speaker who loves to help women find hope in healing from perfectionism and addictions. She works as a Mental Health Practitioner in the field of Eating Disorders and Chemical Dependency. She lives in Minnesota with her husband and three teenage boys and what she refers to as “The Frat House”.
