Motivation is like taking a bath that we gotta do it everyday ,that makes so much sense there will be days when we feel so motivated ,like we can take the world ,then the next day the motivation will crash,it’s times like these when we may want to re read our recovery vision that reminds us of what we can achieve according to Chere Bork who considers herself to be a life coach or energy igniter she also goes by Chere Banana and gives talks to kids,she speaks a lot about living life close to our values,so it challenge us to encourage to envision the positive recovery and what are we gaining,this will help us to answer the question why i want it,and how much life will be working toward recovery goals
