Paige Elizabeth has used a new and exciting series of yoga poses known as Ashtanga Yoga, created by Sri K Pattabhi Jois, to overcome childhood traumas as well as eating disorders. Practicing this new form of yoga allowed Paige to bypass going to a mental institution as recommended by her overbearing mother.
Now that she has mastered her own demons, Paige is sharing the innovate technique with others. Dharmic Path is the name of her virtual business.
Key Takeaways:
- Her method of survival is practicing self-love to heal her emotional wounds
- Being a “freedom whore” is more important to her than going to an institution
- Yoga is a powerful tool she uses to empower herself and avoid falling into a state of self-hatred
