Living Proof Virtual Support Groups

  1. Recovery Group: A virtual space for people who are struggling with disordered eating and/or body image-related issues. This group serves as a space to connect with others who can relate while maintaining a recovery-focus. These groups are facilitated by the founder who is fully recovered from her own eating disorder.     1. General Eating Disorder Support Group for anyone 18 years old and older: Monday-Friday 5:30pm
    2. Book Club: Sunday at 5:30pm (Currently reading Untamed by Glennon Doyle)
  2. Adolescent Support Group for anyone between the ages of 10 and 18:A virtual space for teens and adolescents who are struggling with disordered eating and/or body image-related issues. This group serves as a space to connect with others who can relate while maintaining a recovery-focus. These groups are facilitated by the founder who is fully recovered from her own eating disorder.     1. Monday 8am, Tuesday 3pm, and Thursday 3pm
  3. Supporters Group: A virtual space to provide supporters with a safe and inclusive space to discuss their own feelings, get feedback from others in similar positions, better understand eating disorders, and learn skills that will help to support them and their loved ones.  Email info@livingproofmn.com for the zoom link.
