ANAD Support Group – Emotional/binge Eating Support Group is available for those struggling with compulsive overeating, binge eating and emotional eating.
When: 2nd and 4th Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00.

We are a free, peer-to-peer support group of people who struggle with a variety of eating disorders. Our community support group meets every first and third Sunday of the month to share our struggles and successes with our eating disorders, discuss challenges, and gain strength and encouragement from others with similar, shared experiences. If you suffer from an eating disorder, or if your relationship with food, exercise, and your body is interfering with your life and you are concerned that you might have an eating disorder, please consider joining us! We welcome anyone ages 16 or older. No advanced sign-up is required.
