The diet industry takes in about 60 billion dollars a year, with most of those diets are just passing fad diets. Your mind and body immediately begin to rebel when you go on a diet, that’s why they don’t work. You begin thinking and focusing on food, hormones will be released making you hungrier and your metabolism slows down to accommodate the decrease in calorie intake. The best thing to do is balance your eating as well as exercise, and avoid dieting.
